A garden puzzle

I was asked to make a card for a lady who had recently had her 50th birthday, so this was to be an 'unbirthday' card. I was told that she loves puzzles and gardening and flowers.

I used a floral background paper with punched borders and Hunkydory supplies, layering up various toppers and adding one or two vellum items and some Docraft flowers and pearls. I had a look at the puzzle books in Poundland and lo and behold there was a 'garden plant' word search puzzle - perfect to add to the card.

A Hunkydory circular topper on the left and a mat with a punched border on the right under the sentiment panel.

The cup that cheers

Somehow a cuppa with a friend can cheer us up, so this get well card is simply made with some more of the lovely Crafter's Companion Downton Abbey paper with a raised up cup and saucer from a set from Anna Griffin.
